Job summary

Soccer Shots Los Angeles is seeking coaches to inspire and teach young children ages 2–8 through our proven 30‑minute sessions.

Training is provided, and sessions run 25–32 times per week across 4 seasons, with a flexible fixed schedule to fit family commitments.

Compensation starts at $20 per session, with potential to earn more; the hourly equivalent is about $40 per hour depending on availability.

Qualifications

• Arrives on time to each session and communicates well with staff and parents.
• Neat in appearance and professional when interacting with staff and parents.
• Enjoys interacting with 2–8 year olds and can be animated with children.
• Soccer experience preferred or willing to learn with kids.
• Experience engaging with children aged 2–8.

Responsibilities

• Training unique to our curriculum for 2–8 year olds.
• Delivers 30–40 minute sessions 25–32 times per week across 4 seasons.
• Maintains a flexible fixed schedule per season to fit family commitments.
• Participates in ongoing personal and professional development.
