Job summary

Soccer Shots Middlesex is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to work with children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required, and you’ll deliver engaging, instructional sessions within a safe environment.

As part of our team, you’ll follow a weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development, arrive early to set up, provide feedback, and participate in meetings and trainings. Flexible hours and growth opportunities accompany paid training.

Responsibilities

• Coaching fun, safe, instructional-based classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes).
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child individually during class.
• Manage equipment and class roster.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Provide post-session feedback.
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful.
