Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking energetic coaches to lead 30-60 minute, play-based sessions for children ages 1-10 across various locations. You’ll keep kids safe, engaged, and smiling while bringing creativity and energy to every class. Training is provided, with ongoing support from a fun, team-oriented staff.

Choose a flexible schedule (approx. 5-10 hrs/week) with potential for bonuses and advancement. Prior coaching experience is a plus, and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, enthusiastic personality essential for engaging young players.
• Experience coaching or mentoring children is a plus.
• Passion for soccer and eagerness to learn age-appropriate drills.
• Friendly, clear communication with kids, families, and staff.
• Willingness to pass a background check and have valid US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30-60 minute sessions for children ages 1-10.
