Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking a Youth Soccer Coach to work with children aged 2-10+ yrs, using our curriculum to improve skills and confidence. You will join a team of coaches in a supportive, fun learning environment with a low student-to-coach ratio.

The role emphasizes safety, communication with parents, and ongoing development. A flexible schedule with training opportunities is provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for coaching and working with young children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and ability to adapt to different learning styles.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience playing or coaching is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct soccer sessions that align with our curriculum and philosophy.
• Provide individual and group instruction to children aged 2-10yrs.
• Foster a fun and positive learning environment for children.
• Manage a group of up to 12 children in a session.
• Communicate with parents and administrative staff as needed.
• Attend training and development sessions provided by the company.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during sessions.
