Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Prior experience with teaching/coaching children.
• Ability to follow weekly curriculum provided by Soccer Stars.
• Passion for helping develop athletic skills.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes in a positive, enthusiastic, and safe environment.
• Facilitate skill-building exercises, games, and teamwork activities that teach soccer fundamentals and social skills.
• Prepare and conduct engaging practices and games for various age groups.
• Use positive reinforcement to motivate and encourage players.
• Foster a love for soccer while promoting teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.
• Assist in evaluating players' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times.
