Job summary

Soccer Shots Franchising is seeking coaches for weekday afternoon after-school soccer sessions. Sessions last 30–60 minutes at various locations, with a consistent season schedule. Training, equipment, and curriculum materials are provided.

Compensation is $30 per session, with the potential to coach at multiple locations each week. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, caring, organized, responsible, and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Lead after-school soccer sessions on weekday afternoons as scheduled.
• Deliver sessions based on Soccer Shots curriculum and safety guidelines.
• Ensure equipment, fields, and safety protocols are set up before sessions.
• Maintain a positive, energetic environment that encourages participation.
• Coordinate with location managers to align with the season schedule.

Coaches Needed for Late Afternoons on Weekdays (starting b/t 3:00pm and 4:00pm)

We're looking for coaches to run after-school soccer sessions on weekday afternoons. Other times may be available to coach, but we're specifically looking for weekday afternoons.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - Coaches can coach as little as one location per week, or up to each weekday. The schedule will remain the same for each season (fall, winter, spring, summer) and coaches can choose to coach additional or fewer locations each subsequent season.

Each session is 30 - 60 minutes long (varying based on age and location). We provide all of the necessary training, equipment and curriculum materials. The compensation is $30 for each session you coach.

Experience:

Soccer experience is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with the game either as a player or coach will be helpful. A background in elementary education or early childhood education makes a great fit.
