Job summary

Soccer Shots Houston is hiring enthusiastic soccer coaches to teach children ages 2-8. Earn $18-24/hour while gaining experience turning your soccer passion into a paycheck. Plus, enjoy annual team outings to see the Dynamo and other perks.

Openings available mornings, afternoons, and Saturday mornings; create your own schedule around school or other commitments. Training starts quickly with paid onboarding.

Qualifications

• Soccer playing experience (high school, club, recreational, or college).
• Desire to work with children ages 2-8.
• Minimum commitment: 4 classes per week (30-45 minutes each).

Responsibilities

• Coach 30–45 minute classes for groups of up to 8–12 children.
• Set up and break down equipment at preschools, daycares, and parks.
• Use Soccer Shots curriculum focusing on motor skills and character development.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment through positive reinforcement.
• Communicate with families, teachers, and caregivers.
• Track attendance and manage equipment.
