Soccer Shots - Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky is hiring Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach in Florence, KY. You’ll lead fun, engaging sessions for children ages 2–8 using our proven curriculum.

We offer paid training, free uniforms, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Must reside in NKY, have morning/afternoon weekday availability, be 18+, pass background check, and start training within 14 days.

Qualifications

• Reside in the Northern Kentucky area.
• Weekday morning availability (8:30am - 11:30am) and/ or afternoon slots (12pm - 6pm).
• Able to travel to NKY locations including Florence and surrounding areas.
• Pass a background check and clearance procedures.
• Ready to start training within 14 days of interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 using the Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Arrive on time and follow safety and attendance procedures.
• Make soccer fun, build confidence and character.
• Teach basic soccer skills through engaging activities.
• Communicate with families and teachers.
• Set up and pack away equipment.

We're currently looking for 4 energetic coaches to join our NKY team and lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.

Soccer Shots provides premier children's soccer experiences through weekly soccer sessions for kids ages 2–8 at preschools, childcare centers and neighborhood parks.

We operate year-round, with seasonal programs including:

Before You Apply

We're looking for candidates who:

• Already reside in the Northern Kentucky Area
• Have weekday morning availability (8.30am - 11.30am) [Not all weekday availability required for hire]
• Have weekday Afternoon availability (12pm - 2pm, 2pm - 4pm & 4pm -6pm) [Not all weekday availability required for hire]
• Can travel to locations throughout NKY, including Florence, Union, Erlanger, Taylor Mill, Alexandria, Fort Mitchell, Fort Wright and more!
• Can successfully pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check
• Ready to start training within 14 days of the interview

What You’ll Need

We're looking for coaches who are:

• Ready to be an enthusiastic member of our coaching team

You'll also need:

• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years old
• Ability to successfully complete required background and clearance procedures
