Soccer Shots North Inland Empire is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to lead fun, safe classes for children aged 2-8. No soccer experience is required, and you can grow with a direct 90-day track to become lead coach with pay increases.

The role offers flexible hours, seasonal bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and paid training including CPR/First Aid certification, with opportunities for advancement within a driven, student-focused program.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes).
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child individually during class.
• Manage equipment and class roster.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Provide post-session feedback.
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful.
