Job summary

Soccer Shots Houston is looking for energetic coaches to teach children aged 2-8. Earn $18-24/hour while applying your soccer passion to help kids develop motor skills and positive habits. Join a supportive team with rewarding outcomes and fun events.

Openings are available mornings, afternoons, and Saturday mornings. You can pick 4–35 classes per week, create your own schedule, and benefit from team outings, bonuses, and staff perks as you grow with the program.

Qualifications

• Soccer playing experience at high school, club, recreational, or college level.
• Interest in working with children aged 2-8.
• Commitment to a minimum of 4 classes per week (30-45 minutes each).

Responsibilities

• Coach engaging 30-45-minute classes for groups of up to 8-12 children.
• Set up and break down equipment at preschools, daycares, and parks.
• Use Soccer Shots curriculum focusing on motor skills and character development.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment through positive reinforcement.
• Communicate with families, teachers, and caregivers.
• Track attendance and manage equipment.
