Soccer Shots Pittsburgh is seeking a passionate, part-time soccer coach to work with children ages 2–8. The role offers a paid comprehensive training program, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career progression within the organization.

Qualifications

• No prior sports/coaching experience required.
• Passion for children and sports.
• Energetic, engaging and responsible.

• Access to reliable transportation.
• Able to stand, jog and model skills.
• Coaches must have or obtain state-cleared credentials.

Responsibilities

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Conduct sessions for 2–8 year-olds, including setup and takedown.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Use Soccer Shots curriculum and developmental teaching techniques.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Follow on-site safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers and teachers.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
