Job summary

Soccer Shots Greater Atlanta is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to lead safe, engaging classes for children aged 2–8. No prior soccer experience required, and a flexible schedule makes it accessible for many applicants.

The role includes delivering a weekly curriculum centered on motor skills, character development, and child engagement, with opportunities to advance to a lead coach role after the first season. CPR/First Aid certification is provided through paid training.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes).
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child individually during class.
• Manage equipment and class roster.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Provide post-session feedback.
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful.
