Soccer Shots Franchising is seeking a Youth Elite Coach to lead engaging soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years in Ashburn, Virginia. Coaches will work part-time, with guaranteed hours during the season and a flexible schedule that allows for meaningful interaction with kids.
The role includes leading practices at preschools, schools, and community centers, plus opportunities for growth and fun training experiences. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program for ages 18 months to 8 years old. We provide an age-appropriate curriculum focused on skill development, character building and fun themes to help coaches teach young children the wonderful sport of soccer. Our goal is simple: To leave a lasting, positive impact on every child, and family, we serve!
Looking for part-time work where you can make a positive impact in your community? Become a Soccer Shots Coach! We are seeking dependable coaches to lead 30–45 minute sessions at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. Coaches will be asked to travel within a 30–40 minute radius for coaching assignments. You’ll laugh, you’ll break a sweat, and you’ll go home knowing that you made a difference. Coaching children will be one of the most rewarding jobs you’ll ever do!

These are not shifts or set work hours, but the time windows in which sessions are scheduled. Schedules are assigned and remain consistent weekly throughout the season.
