Job summary

Soccer Shots Baltimore-Washington in the DC area is seeking part-time Youth Soccer & Basketball Coaches to lead energetic 30-minute sessions for children ages 2–8. You’ll blend sports, education, and fun while delivering the program’s curriculum.

This role offers weekday and weekend hours, pay of $20/hr on weekdays and $25/hr on weekends, plus bonus opportunities and growth potential. Training provided both online and in-person.

Qualifications

• Prior soccer and basketball experience is not required; experience working with children ages 2–8 years is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Coach 30-minute sessions for children ages 2–8 in the DC area.
• Coach and support our basketball program as it grows.
• Participate in ongoing training and team activities.

Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development. Our nationally recognized program offers a high-energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to the wonderful game of soccer. Our innovative curriculum emphasizes both sports skills and character development. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve. THE JOB:

Soccer Shots blends sports, education, and fun into high-energy 30-minute sessions for children ages 2–8 throughout DC area. This role is soccer-focused, with opportunities to coach and support our basketball program as it continues to grow. You’ll laugh. You’ll break a sweat. And you’ll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. Coaching children will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior soccer and basketball experience is not required, experience working with children ages 2–8 years is preferred
• Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and fitness
• Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle that is insured
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check
