Job summary

Revolution Soccer Complex is seeking an Academy Director to lead RevKids Academy programs with a dynamic team of directors and coaches. You will drive growth, ensure high-quality training, and foster the development of young athletes.

Responsibilities include staff management, program development, player recruitment, scheduling, and community outreach to expand program reach within the local youth soccer landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum USSF B License (or foreign equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 plus years in similar senior leadership capacity within youth soccer.
• Comprehensive understanding of US youth soccer landscape.
• Full and Clean Driving License.

Responsibilities

• 1. Management and Leadership: Oversee staff, provide coaching staff development, and conduct evaluations of directors and coaches.
• 2. Program Oversight and Development: Oversee soccer performance, standards, and recruitment of coaches and players.
• 3. Strategic Planning and Growth: Forecast registrations, collaborate on marketing strategies, and develop coach development processes.
• 4. Customer Service and Community Engagement: Ensure outstanding customer service and community outreach.

Education
