Lad Lake is seeking a Skills Development Specialist (PT) in Dousman, Wisconsin to work with youth in community and home settings. You will serve as a trusted coach and advocate, guiding personal growth and social development while aligning activities with youth goals.

The role involves 1–3 hour weekly sessions, travel and expense allocations, and typically evening/weekend hours. Prioritizes safety and supportive mentorship in a community-based program.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must show proof of degrees, certifications, and specific skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the assigned client and build positive relationships.
  • Engage in weekly activities to meet client goals.
  • Maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and county staff.
  • Attend Plan of Care meetings and monthly supervision as required.
  • Enter case notes for each meeting.
