Responsibilities

• Primary contact for youth program and building relationships with students, families, school personnel, and community partners.
• Collecting program data, inputting entries into tracking system, and generating reports for program evaluation.
• Participating in student screenings and intake assessments to identify appropriate referrals.
• Developing partnerships with external community organizations to support referral pathways.
• Managing day-to-day office workflows, monitoring calls, routing correspondence, and handling purchase requests.
• Co-facilitating youth community engagement and therapeutic recreational activities.
