Job summary

The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, Office of Fidelity, Accountability, and Support in Pensacola seeks an Operations Coordinator to oversee probation and residential services, provide training, and ensure contract compliance. Overnight travel may be required.

You will train staff on JJIS and PMM systems, develop reports, and work with multiple offices to improve service delivery. A bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience are preferred; starting salary is $1,780.37 bi-weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience in juvenile justice or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft software and data reporting preferred.
• Ability to train staff, travel as needed, and ensure contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and oversight to Probation and Residential staff using DJJ policies.
• Conduct site visits to assess service quality and contract adherence.
• Develop reports and SPEP/annual compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with multiple offices to improve program outcomes.
• Deliver coaching to address issues and support corrective actions.
