Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering programs and services to children, teens, and families.
• Strong communication skills, written and oral, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to plan and execute literacy and youth programming in a library setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan two weekly storytimes (babies/toddlers and preschoolers).
• Organize other youth events like book clubs, crafts, and holiday activities.
• Join Youth Services Committee to support system-wide reading challenges and events.
• Assist at the circulation desk with check-ins/outs and patron inquiries.
