Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or related human services field.
• Master's Degree in Human Services is required.
• Two years of experience in child welfare or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a care plan for each child with goals and dates.
• Involve the client, family, and referral agency in planning.
• Coordinate parents' involvement in planning and care.
• Document case assessments and track progress.
• Record the implementation of care plans and outcomes.
• Schedule and conduct in-person conferences with residents.
• Provide a supportive, guiding environment for youth.
• Coordinate internal and external youth activities.
• Serve as liaison with referring agencies.
• Ensure smooth daily program operations and communication.
• Monitor and maintain child health and living activities.
• Record daily behaviors and progress.
