Job summary

• Must complete Leadership Core Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced within six months of employment.
• Must possess and maintain State of Georgia P.O.S.T. Certification within the first six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Custody, security, and care of youth per agency policies and procedures.
• Provide direct support, guidance, and structure for detained youth to emphasize safety and rehabilitation.
• Complete administrative paperwork and maintain records and reports.
