Job summary

Effective Leadership Academy is seeking a Reentry Facilitator to deliver engaging, skill-based programming to youth at the Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility. The successful candidate will manage training sessions, track attendance, and compile impact data while building positive relationships with students.

This part-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in education and a passion for youth development. Compensation is $28 per hour with flexible weekday hours. A background check is mandatory for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations of youth, preferably in detention centers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ELA Reentry programming within area facilities.
• Compile pre- and post-survey data for impact reports.
• Build relationships with Reentry staff and provide updates on programming.
• Deliver reentry programming employing ELA divergent learning pedagogy.
• Manage classroom and participants during training.
• Administer pre/post assessments and develop program impact reports.
• Motivate students to make positive choices.
