Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise residents and support life skills development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use interpersonal communication to gain resident cooperation and resolve conflicts.
• Provide transportation and supervise residents on outings and appointments.
• Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, housekeeping, and weekly chores.
• Apply behavioral system fairly and consistently.
• Supervise administration of medications as appropriate.
• Document incidents and maintain resident charts.
