• Prepare Youth for Success (20%) – Create an environment that facilitates Youth Development Outcomes and encourage participation.
• Program Development and Implementation (50%) – Implement and administer programs, monitor safety and quality, prepare activity reports.
• Driver Role (20%) – Safely transport members and staff, report maintenance and safety needs, supervise passengers and ensure safe transport.
• Facility & Equipment Management (10%) – Maintain facilities and equipment and report repairs to supervisor.
