Job summary

A community youth organization is seeking a Program Specialist to provide direct services to youth members. Qualifications

• Must submit to and pass Level 2 background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Must be 18 or older to work with Club Members.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service to youth club members.
• Create a safe environment through positive guidance.
• Implement and administer Club programs and activities.
• Monitor and evaluate programs for safety and quality.
• Maintain daily contact with Club staff and volunteers.
