Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of full-time experience in human services.
• Two years of experience in implementing evidence-based programs and managing projects.
• Two years of experience in developing and implementing programs in a residential facility, hospital or inpatient care setting serving youth with psychiatric and behavioral challenges.
• One year experience in policy development and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Attends work on a regular basis and may be asked to work a specific shift schedule or rotating schedule.
• Provides mentoring, consultation, and training to facility staff regarding compliance with policies and procedures related to youth programs.
• Assists in developing and updating program policies, procedures, standards, and manuals to align with evolving program goals and objectives.
• Analyzes legislation to develop recommendations for policy in programmatic issues and assists in responding to legislative inquiries.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Master’s degree preferred
