Mass General Brigham’s Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a Children Program Assistant for an onsite, per diem role at The Works Fitness Center. The position supports patient care and community services by planning and facilitating programs for children of all ages, with a focus on safety and engagement.

The role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills; CPR within 3 months; preferred childcare experience or early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, organizing and facilitating events and programs of all sizes and ages.
• One-year childcare experience and/or Early Childhood education.
• Education in childhood education or recreation.
• First Aid Training.
• CPR Certification within 3 months of hire.
• Exemplary interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
