Salvation Army CMAC Middle River Corps is seeking a RSYC Program Coordinator to assist in planning, implementing, and supervising youth programs during afternoons and evenings. This role focuses on program administration, safety, and positive youth outcomes in a community setting.

You will train staff and volunteers, manage records, and collaborate with leadership to ensure engaging, high-quality activities while supporting the organization's mission and youth education goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, or social services and two years of program management experience, or three years in a similar youth-serving role.
• Experience in administration, youth programs and center operations is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.

Mansioni

• Assist in planning and leading program areas and activities for youth.
• Train, monitor, and supervise program staff, volunteers, and youth members.
• Maintain attendance, records, and program data with accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure safety, equipment, and curriculum needs are met.
