Abraxas Youth & Family Services is hiring a Program Supervisor at Southern Peaks Regional Treatment Center in Canon City, Colorado. You will lead a multidisciplinary team serving at-risk adolescents on the Mental Health Unit and help build better futures.

The role oversees staff, coordinates treatment planning, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports program operations within budget. A bachelor's degree in human services or related field and supervisory experience are preferred, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field; 2+ years in childcare/youth services.
• Associate degree may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's with required experience.
• Completion of supervisory training within 90 days of hire or promotion.
• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care and safety practices.
• Experience supervising staff in 24/7 care settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, hires, evaluates performance, and enforces corrective actions.
• Oversees individualized treatment planning and client progress.
• Coordinates program activities with clinical, supervisory, and educational teams.
• Schedules direct care staff to meet contractual guidelines and control overtime.
• Reviews case files for quality and timeliness; reports metrics monthly.
• Ensures Safe Crisis Management (SCM) training and usage.
