Job summary

TGA of NW Atlanta is seeking a Youth & Preschool Golf Coach to inspire young learners in Marietta, GA. This role combines a love of golf with working with children in a fun, energetic environment and offers opportunities to lead clinics and school programs.

The coach will teach age-appropriate golf techniques, create a safe learning space, and collaborate with parents and coordinators to track progress and ensure a positive experience for every child.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth coaching or childcare settings.
• Ability to demonstrate basic golf techniques to children.
• Strong communication and classroom management skillset.

About the Role

TGA of NW Atlanta is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Youth & Preschool Golf Coach to inspire the next generation of golfers in Marietta, GA! This is a fantastic opportunity to combine a love of golf with a rewarding career working with young children in a fun, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate golf instruction to youth and preschool-aged students


• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment for all skill levels


• Lead structured golf clinics, after-school programs, and group lessons


• Demonstrate proper golf techniques including grip, stance, swing fundamentals, and putting


• Communicate progress and updates with parents and program coordinators


• Set up and break down equipment and activity stations before and after sessions


• Serve as a positive role model, promoting sportsmanship, focus, and teamwork

Requirements

• Experience working with young children or in youth coaching, education, or childcare


• Basic golf knowledge and ability to demonstrate fundamental golf skills


• Strong communication and classroom management skills


• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for youth development


• Reliable transportation to program locations in the NW Atlanta/Marietta area


• Must pass a background check


• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
