Job summary

Euro School of Tennis is seeking reliable, energetic Coaches to teach beginner-level programs for children ages 5–10 (K–5) across the Bay Area. All lesson plans and equipment are provided, with a fun, active, and supportive learning environment.

Positions available: Regular Coach (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–1:00 PM) and Saturday Clinics; pay $18–$24 per hour. Requirements include 19+, driving license, Bay Area resident, US work authorization, and TB/Live Scan clearance.

Qualifications

• At least 19 years old.
• Playing or coaching experience preferred but not required.
• USPTA/PTR certification is a plus.
• Enjoy working with children.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• TB test and Live Scan background check before employment.
• Must provide a photo and short biography for the company website.
• Must currently live in the Bay Area and be available for in-person work.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes using company lesson plans.
• Manage groups of 8–16 students.
• Create a safe and positive learning environment.
• Attend a 2-day unpaid training/shadowing session (2–3 hours per session).
• Take attendance and manage student sign-in/out.
• Communicate professionally with parents and school staff.
• Take a few class photos for program documentation.
