AspireHope NY, Inc. is seeking a Youth Peer Advocate. You will mentor and advocate for young individuals facing social, emotional, medical, developmental, substance use, or behavioral challenges using your lived experience.

The role emphasizes empowerment, confidentiality, and support to help youths pursue their goals. Per diem with flexible hours and mileage reimbursement are included.

Qualifications

• Aged 18–30 with first-hand experience or services in child-serving systems.
• Ability to leverage personal experience to support youth in their healing journey.
• Commitment to confidentiality and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and advocacy to youth facing similar challenges.
• Support youth in pursuing goals and navigating systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete required documentation.
