Crossroads Covenant Church (Cottage Grove Campus) invites applications for a Part-Time Youth Pastor (licensed pastor) or Leader (unlicensed). This role is a relational leader who helps students grow in faith through meaningful discipleship and community.

The position leads and develops a thriving student ministry by recruiting and supporting volunteer leaders, overseeing Wednesday night programming, and building authentic relationships with students and families.

Qualifications

• Must be a relational leader committed to helping students grow in faith through discipleship and community.
• Experience leading a student ministry and coordinating volunteers is preferred.
• Ability to partner with local schools and community organizations to support youth
