Plymouth Alliance Church in Plymouth, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor for Youth Ministry to help fulfill their mission of glorifying God by making disciples of Jesus Christ. • Lead the Anchored Youth Program and invest in students through biblical teaching, discipleship, outreach, missions, and meaningful opportunities to serve.
• Work alongside the Senior Pastor, Elders, and ministry staff to strengthen and grow a vibrant youth ministry.
• Develop student leaders and equip volunteers to empower ongoing ministry and discipleship.

Plymouth Alliance Church in Plymouth, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor for Youth Ministry to help fulfill their mission of glorifying God by making disciples of Jesus Christ. This pastor will lead the Anchored Youth Program, investing in students through biblical teaching, discipleship, outreach, missions, and meaningful opportunities to serve. Working alongside the Senior Pastor, Elders, and ministry staff, the Associate Pastor will build upon a strong foundation by strengthening an established youth ministry, equipping volunteers, developing student leaders, and helping students know Jesus, grow in their faith, deepen their understanding of God's Word, and become lifelong followers of Christ. The role also provides opportunities to preach periodically, engage the surrounding community through outreach initiatives, and contribute to the overall ministry and mission of Plymouth Alliance Church.
