Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 21 or older.
• Personal lived experience as a youth who received services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates culturally competent service delivery.
• Preference for a flexible schedule over a fixed 8-5 routine.
• Must drive to homes and community; reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; CCS policy compliance.
• Pass required background clearances prior to offer.
• Support the mission and values of CCS and Catholic Housing Services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and provide support for youth and families served.
• Help facilitate services and ensure youth voice informs treatment planning.
• Assist families on a recovery journey and build confidence with team support.
• Partner with natural and community supports to achieve long-term safety and stability.
