Job summary

Amazing Athletes of Northern Nevada is seeking multi-sport enrichment coaches to teach kids ages 18 months to 6 years across Reno, Sparks, and Carson City. Earn $26/hour after training, with a four-week paid training period at $22/hour. New coaches can work 5–15 hours weekly, with a ready-made curriculum and extensive training to get you up to speed quickly.

The role offers a flexible schedule, on-the-job training, and opportunities to grow into full-time positions within the expanding program.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with kids aged 18 months through 6 years.
• Willing to travel to pre-schools, daycares, schools in Reno/Sparks/Carson City area.
• Physically active with the stamina to stand and move for hours.
• Coaches must attend regular trainings and follow the coaching curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual attention to help each child succeed.
• Maintain a non-competitive, fun learning atmosphere.
• Use positive, age-appropriate language to motivate children.
