Job summary

Amazing Athletes is seeking coaches to run its multi-sport enrichment program for youth in Oak Hill, VA. New coaches can work 5–10 classes a week with a schedule that fits individual needs.

The program covers ten sports and provides ready-made curriculums and extensive on-the-job training to help you connect with kids and promote lifelong physical activity. Coaches foster FUN, non-competitive environments and use positive reinforcement to celebrate achievements and support skill development.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching youth in a structured setting is preferred.
• Ability to deliver lessons from a prepared curriculum.
• Strong communication with kids, parents, and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5–10 classes per week following the Amazing Athletes curriculum.
• Create a fun, non-competitive environment that promotes learning and growth.
• Provide feedback and encouragement to each child to support skill development.
