Job summary

Amazing Athletes in Sterling, VA is seeking coaches for its multi-sport enrichment program. You will lead engaging classes, adapt activities to each child, and help kids learn fundamentals through a non-competitive, fun approach.

New coaches can schedule 5–10 classes per week with on‑the‑job training and paid opportunities. A passion for children and ongoing development through coaching manuals is valued, with a friendly, inclusive work environment and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Coaching and youth development experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with children, parents, and staff.
• Demonstrated ability to lead activities safely and inclusively.
