Job summary

YM360 - Youth Ministry 360, Inc. in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a dedicated Youth Ministry Director to lead middle and high school programs, equip leaders, and partner with parents to disciple students who will in turn disciple others.

You will collaborate with schools and church partners, oversee budgets, and occasionally preach. A Bible-centered calling, relevant degrees, and strong leadership are required for this role.

Qualifications

• A lifestyle clearly pointing to a calling to ministry and youth mentoring.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Teachable and humble heart with a track record of faith-based mentoring.
• Equipping others to do ministry and identify, recruit, and develop leaders.
• Ability to lead with integrity and to model Christ in all areas of life.

Responsibilities

• Lead the High School and Middle School ministries to make disciple-makers.
• Prepare, teach, and equip others to teach Biblically sound lessons.
• Equip and engage youth leaders and parents to be disciple-makers.
• Walk relationally with students and parents, representing the church well.
• Communicate clearly and manage time effectively, including after-hours events.
• Oversee the youth ministry budget with integrity.
• Occasionally share preaching responsibilities.
• Coordinate and support trips, service opportunities, and fundraising.
