Responsibilities

• Build relationships with students through Youth Group, Sunday School, small groups, and events.
• 2. Coordinate retreats, mission trips, and seasonal programs.
• 3. Maintain a welcoming, Christ-centered environment for students.
• 4. Lead or co-lead small groups and Bible studies.
• 5. Assist with youth gatherings: setup, check-in, hospitality, games, and cleanup.
• 6. Manage communications with parents, volunteers, and students.
