Campbellsville Christian Church in Campbellsville, KY is seeking a gifted minister to lead and invest in Middle School, High School and College age students, discipling them toward a growing relationship with Christ and a living faith.

The ideal candidate will have ministry training, a relational, outgoing spirit, and the ability to recruit and train both student and adult volunteers; compensation includes salary plus benefits ($48,000–$53,000 with benefits estimated at $8,000–$10,000).

Qualifications

• Individuals who have graduated with a ministry degree from a Bible college and who have previous ministry experience are preferred.
• All ministry candidates will be prayerfully considered.

The Campbellsville Christian Church is a growing, Christ-centered community of faith seeking to hire a gifted and called minister to lead, disciple, and invest in the next generation for Christ. This ministry position would focus primarily on leading and serving Middle School (6th-8th), High School (9th-12th) & College age students. We’re looking for a Godly individual who is relatable, outgoing and loves spending time and hanging out with students. The ideal candidate is someone who’s team-minded, willing to invest/build a quality group of both student/adult volunteers and ultimately desires to make disciples of Middle/High School and College age students.Our church is centrally located near the business district of downtown Campbellsville with a weekly attendance of around 190. Located in South-Central Kentucky, we are considered a college-town community of around 12,000 people in the city and about 27,000 in Taylor County. We exist to lead people to Jesus and into a growing relationship with Him.

While individuals who have graduated with a ministry degree from a Bible college and who have previous ministry experience are preferred, all ministry candidates will be prayerfully considered. Our compensation package includes both salary plus benefits. The estimated salary range is $48,000-$53,000 (Commensurate with applicant’s experience/ability) and benefits est. $8,000-$10,000.
