Qualifications

• Achievement of a degree from an accredited college in an education or human services related field.
• 2+ years of verified child care experience (2500 hours).
• Ability to pass all relevant clearances and keep up to date on trainings.

Responsibilities

• Help kids learn while maintaining environments that build self-esteem.
• Implement and plan curriculum for child-centered learning experiences.
• Conduct and record weekly child observations.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress.
• Maintain accurate daily attendance and compliance paperwork.
• Ensure centers have quality learning materials.
• Attend team-planning meetings.
• Campaign for the Annual Campaign to develop donors and volunteers.
