Job summary

Strategic Kids, LLC is hiring a Youth Leader to support student learning in after-school programs in Solana Beach, CA. The role focuses on creating a safe, inclusive environment and helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

The Youth Leader will assist with lesson plans, activities, and homework, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with staff to support student well-being. Travel between school sites may be required.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 months of experience working with children in a professional or educational setting (students pursuing education or child development degrees encouraged to apply).

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

Flexible, dependable, and committed to supporting student growth.

Demonstrated passion for education and child development.

Schedule

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
