Super Soccer Stars seeks an energetic Soccer Coach to lead fun, educational sessions for children aged 2-12 years. The role offers 10-15 hours weekly across 8-12 classes, with travel required in Mercer and Middlesex counties. Prior experience with children is preferred, and ongoing training follows our coaching manual.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead soccer sessions aligned with our curriculum and philosophy.
• Provide individual and group instructions to children aged 2-12 yrs.
• Foster a fun and positive learning environment for children.
• Manage a group of up to 15 children in a session.
• Communicate with parents and administrative staff as needed.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during sessions.
• Work flexible hours including weekday mornings, afternoons and weekend mornings.
• Attend trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

Job description

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. Lead can work 8-12 classes a week, 10-15 hours a week and can earn $30 per hour.
