The position is full-time, non-exempt with a hybrid work arrangement (in-person and remote). The candidate will supervise a Law Program Coordinator and an Evaluation Specialist, reporting to the Law Program Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of Law Program sites, meeting program deliverables and outcomes.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer facilitators and coordinate training curriculum.
• Coordinate and deliver law-related education curricula at multiple sites per semester.
• Engage youth and maintain relationships with school, community, and system partners.
• Plan events, site visits, and logistics for trainings and youth programs.
• Prepare data and grant reports in collaboration with the Programs Manager.
