Job summary

Astor Services' Roots to Resilience program seeks a licensed clinician to support youth and young adults aged 12–26 at risk or involved with the juvenile justice system in the Bronx. You will deliver clinical assessment, treatment, and care coordination using a strengths-based approach within family-centered care.

You will build partnerships with Probation, OASAS, schools, and community organizations, advocate for services, and ensure timely documentation and reporting while representing the

Qualifications

• Clinical assessment, treatment planning, and short-term interventions for youth and families.
• Partnership development with Probation, OASAS, schools, courts, and community organizations.
• Monitoring engagement, educational stability, attendance, and reduction in juvenile justice involvement.
• Knowledge of DSM diagnoses, mental status examinations, and risk assessment; evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services and care coordination to youth 12–26 involved with juvenile system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage families and communities through outreach and advocacy.
• Document timely and accurately to meet contract and regulatory requirements.
