Job summary

TGA Premier Sports is seeking a part-time youth coach to run golf activities for kids ages 3 to 14. You’ll join a program that combines athletics, academics and life lessons, with lessons and fitness activities year-round. Hours vary from 9:00am to 8:00pm and the role offers flexibility and growth potential.

Pay is $15–$25 per hour, with opportunities for referrals and performance bonuses. Ideal candidates enjoy sports, coaching children, and are reliable, with transportation to communities like

Qualifications

• Must have a fun, upbeat attitude and enjoy playing or coaching sports.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple communities.
• Pass background checks (FBI fingerprinting as required) and be prompt.
• Experience coaching children and scheduling evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead golf activities and demonstrate drills to kids.
• Promote safety and positive attitudes during lessons.
• Support program learning goals and track progress.

Job description

TGA Premier Sports combines athletics, academics, and life lessons to create fun and engaging youth programs. We incorporate station-based athletic skill development activities and STEAM subjects to explore educational concepts through sports.

TGA Premier Sports operates youth golf programs through after-school enrichment programs at schools, community, and recreation centers. TGA also offers leagues, camps, and family events.

We work with ages 3 years to 14 years old, provide lessons and fitness activities year-round! TGA provides the equipment and lesson plans...all you need is a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of kids!

This is a part-time position that could lead to full-time if you are interested!

Hours vary each day but range anywhere from 9:00am - 8:00pm. There is a lot of room for flexibility to have a schedule that works for you!

Pay Rate:

$15 - $25 per hour

Requirements

• An upbeat, fun attitude
• An enjoyment for playing sports
• Access to reliable transportation and the willingness to travel to the following communities; Upper St. Clair, Peters Twp., Bethel Park, South Park, Collier Twp., Warrendale, Cranberry, Hampton Twp., and Fox Chapel.
• Must pass a background check/and or FBI fingerprinting as required by state
• Must be prompt, reliable, and able to work independently
• Experience playing sports and/or coaching children
• Evening and weekend availability
