Job summary

TGA Sports in New Jersey is seeking a Golf Coach for Kids to teach golf to children ages 5-14, focusing on fun, safety, and skill development.

No extensive coaching experience is required; training is provided on the TGA curriculum. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule from 1 to 7 days per week, 2–5 hours daily, with potential for summer work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available during after-school hours (2:30 PM and later).
• Reliable transportation.
• Love teaching kids and sharing the game of golf.
• Able to connect with kids and create a fun, safe environment.
• High energy, flexible, punctual, and creative.
• Willingness to commit to at least one full season.
• Pass a clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach golf to children aged 5–14 using the TGA curriculum.
• Lead engaging, safe, and age-appropriate lessons.
• Plan activities and adjust for different skill levels.
• Communicate progress and activities with kids and parents.
• Maintain a flexible schedule (1–7 days/week; 2–5 hours/day).
