Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking Youth Fitness Instructors in Ohio to deliver PE, skill-based training, and strength conditioning in schools and other settings. You’ll adapt to varying fitness levels and create a safe, fun environment for all participants.

You’ll join a team of fitness professionals with extensive training, supportive 1:1 meetings, and flexible scheduling. Compensation is competitive, with uniforms and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth sports is preferred.
• Certification in group instruction or personal training.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and nutrition is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical education, skill-based training, and conditioning programs.
• Provide professional instruction with highest level of customer service.
• Adapt instruction to accommodate various fitness levels, creating a safe, enjoyable and encouraging experience.
• Ensure student safety and ongoing motivation and support.
• Monitor and track student progress based on the school's curriculum and requirements.
• Attend weekly and monthly 1:1 meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
