Job summary

The Buckeye Ranch is hiring a Contingent Family Interaction Specialist to join our Shared Services department in Ohio. This role delivers direct support, advocacy, behavioral interventions, service coordination, and community resource connections for children 0–18 and their families receiving Behavioral Health respite, visitation, or transportation services.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of relevant experience, eligibility for Qualified Mental Health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health certification.
• Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support, advocacy, and behavioral interventions for children aged 0–18 and their families.
• Coordinate services and connect families to community resources.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and youth-centered environment with emphasis on independence and permanency.
